Bean Salad

Ingredients:
200 g beans
1 big red onion
oil
vinegar
salt and pepper

Bean Salad

Preparation:

The beans are washed and placed in a bowl of water for several hours.
Bring to the boil until boils. Drain water and supplemented with other water (preferably hot). When the beans are cooked (but not too hard, not to smash) drain the water and place in a bowl. Add onion chopped inn strips, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
