Bean salad with garlic

1 kg green beans (yellow)
4-5 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar

Bean salad with garlic


Clean the beans, wash and boil in water with a little salt, about 20-30 minutes.

When beans are almost done, peel the garlic, crush, mix with a little salt, oil and vinegar.

When beans are cooked, drain water and leave to cool. Then mix with garlic sauce.

Serve chilled.
