Green onion and cream sauce

Ingredients:
300 ml of cream
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
4-5 spring onions
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper

Green onion and cream sauce

Preparation:

Clean spring onions, wash and chop them finely.

In a bowl mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Add choped spring onions and lemon juice, then salt and pepper to taste.

You can serve with roasted meat or with fried or boiled potatoes.
