Rustic salad

1 lettuce
1/2 cabbage
100 g salted goat cheese (or feta)
15 to 20 cherry tomatoes
15 to 20 large grape berry
pine seeds
olive oil
salt and pepper

Rustic salad


In a large bowl mix finely chopped cabbage and lettuce, with arugula and a few leaves of fresh mint (chopped or ripped, to enhance the flavor).
In a pan fry the pine seeds in a little olive oil. After become gold, allow to cool, then add to the mixture, in the bowl.
Cut in half the cherry tomatoes and the grapes. Cut cheese into cubes. Add them into the bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
