Bean salad with tuna

Ingredients:
400 g of boiled beans
200 g of tuna
1 onion
3 tablespoons of hemp seeds (optional)
lemon juice
parsley
oil
salt and pepper

Bean salad with tuna

Preparation:

Wash beans and leave to soak for several hours. Then boil well, but not too hard, not to smash. Then drain the water.
It can also use canned beans.
Place the boiled beans in a bowl with tuna, finely chopped onion, oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Optionally you can add hemp seed.
It is very tasty and has many proteins.
