Cocoa cream

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of cocoa
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
150 g butter

Cocoa cream

Preparation:

Beat well the eggs with sugar. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add the flour, stirring well, not to form lumps. Finally add the milk. Boil the composition in bain-marine, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Set aside and allow to cool slightly, then add butter and stir until melts and incorporate into cream.
