Vanilla pudding

Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of starch
50 g butter

Vanilla pudding

Preparation:

Mix egg yolks in a bowl with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and 50 ml of milk.
In another pot boil the remaining milk. When the milk starts to boil add the egg yolks with sugar and stir well with a whisk until begins to thicken. Allow to boil for a few minutes, then add butter, mix and allow to cool.
