150 g of biscuits
150 g walnuts

1 cup sugar
400 g fat cheese, unsalted
200 g heavy cream
4 heaping tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 sachet of baking powder

Cheesecake with dots

Crush the biscuits and nuts (with food processor or grinder) and mix with melted butter. The mixture is spread in a tray (I put baking paper in the bottom tray) and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes on low heat. Then removed from the oven and allowed to cool.

In a bowl mix eggs and sugar until the sugar begins to dissolve. Add flavorings (I put almond essence and rum essence, but you can use vanilla essence or lemon, lime or orange zest, cinnamon - to taste), flour and baking powder. Stir well until the cream is smooth, with no lumps. Then add the cream cheese and sour cream and mix.

Pour into pan over biscuits with walnuts, three quarters of the mixture. Over the rest add two tablespoons of cocoa and mix well, then pour with a spoon from place to place in the tray, from center to edge. Because the dough mixed with cocoa is more dense will sink into plain dough.

Bake at low heat for 60-70 minutes. Then turn off heat and let cool in the oven. When cool put in the refrigerator at least 6 hours.
