1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups of flour
2 cups of starch
250 g of butter
1 teaspoon bicarbonate
Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and mix.
In another bowl mix flour with starch and baking soda, then mix with the butter and sugar. Batter must stand firm but elastic. If too soft, add a little flour.
Make dough balls 2-3 cm in diameter. Make mushrooms with a bottle neck dipped in cocoa, by pressing the bottle neck on the balls. Bake in preheated oven at low heat for 20 minutes.
