Tender biscuits

230 g of butter at room temperature
1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1.5 cups of flour
1/2 cup of starch

In a bowl mix the sugar with the butter vigorously until they become creamy foam. Add vanillin, then flour and starch, stirring further.
Batter should have a soft consistency, but not flowing.
Cover a baking tray with paper. Place batter in tray with a pastry bag, then place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then put the tray with biscuits in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C.
