Biscuits

Ingredients:
500 g flour
250 g sugar
200 ml oil
4 eggs
vanilla
chocolate (optional)
coconut flakes (optional)
raisins (optional)

Preparation:

Mix eggs with sugar until sugar dissolves completely. Add the oil, vanilla and flour and mix well, let no lumps.

Place baking paper on a tray and pour the mixture into round or oblong shapes. Have left little space between the biscuits swell for longer in the oven. Composition can put spoon, syringe, or using a plastic bag cut in a corner.
Place the pan in the oven at high heat, 7-10 minutes.

If you want to add raisins, you can be incorporated in the composition or put them in the end, 3-4 in each biscuit.
After baking, you can roll the biscuits thru chocolate (previously melted in bain-marie) and sprinkle with coconut flakes, or decorate them by your imagination.
