Gingerbread 2

(Recipe suggested by Roxx)
175 g butter or margarine
250 g of honey
250 g of sugar
1 tsp bicarbonate
600-700 g of flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 egg
optional - other gingerbread flavors (anise, cloves, etc.)
For decoration:
royal icing

Melt butter and stir over with honey and sugar. When no longer feels the sugar, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Separately mix flour, cocoa, bicarbonate, cinnamon and other flavors.
Combine the two mixtures and add the egg. Cover with foil and allow to cool for 12 hours.
After 12 hours knead a bit, stretch the dough with rolling pin, cut into shapes and place on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
