(Recipe suggested by Adela)
Ingredients for biscuits:
250 g flour
150-200 g of butter
100 g of milled nuts
70 gr caster sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Ingredients for cream:
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp caster sugar
100 g of butter
3 tablespoons Nutella

Preparation:
Mix soft butter with sugar. Add the flour, along with ground nuts and vanilla. Stir with spoon and chill 30 minutes.
Cut into shapes and bake about 15 minutes.

For cream, mix yolks with powdered sugar on the steam bath. When the mixture thickened, remove from the cooker. When it starts to cool, add the soft butter and Nutella.
Once biscuits are cooled, stick two by two with cream. You can make other cream that you like or simply with Nutella.

Decorate with melted chocolate.
