Biscuits with butter

Flour as contains
2 eggs
140 g butter
2 tablespoons lard
170 g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 sachets vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon ammonia
1 teaspoon baking powder
zest of 1 lemon
zest of 2 tangerines or 1 large orange

Biscuits with butter


Mix butter at room temperature with lard and powdered sugar. Gradually add the eggs, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, orange peel, ammonia and baking powder.
Divide the composition d in two equal parts. Add in first one 3-4 tablespoons of flour and in the second one add cinnamon, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Allow to rest for 30 minutes, then add flour as contains and knead until no longer sticks to your hands.
Spread a sheet and cut with cookie cutter shapes. Place on a tray covered with baking paper and bake for 10-15. After they have cooled, you can decorate with chocolate.
