Preparation: Heat a little almond milk, then mix well all ingredients in food processor.

Preparation: Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Chop the onion finely. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with cheese, avocado and onion. Squeeze lemon over. It can be served plain or garnish next to steak or fish.
