Preparation: Finely chop onion and parsley. Separate yolks from whites (whites not used). Mix yolks well with cottage cheese. Add mustard, chopped onion and parsley, salt and pepper to taste. In order to obtain a smooth consistency, the sauce can be mixed a little in a blender.
